About

Good software does more than digitize a process. It changes what a business can do.

AudibleCode is a software engineering company in Ghana. We treat software as a business capability: something that replaces manual work, connects systems that don’t talk to each other, improves how customers are served, and opens up products that weren’t possible before.

We started out building websites and platforms with Drupal. Today we design, build and run complete applications, including our own products, for organizations in Ghana and abroad.

Capabilities

One engineering team, four ways in.

Most projects touch more than one of these. That is the point: the same people think about the workflow, the interface, the data and the platform it all runs on.

Custom software engineering

Software designed around the way your business actually works.

When off-the-shelf tools force your team into workarounds, we build software around your real requirements, your data and the way decisions are made.

  • Bespoke web applications
  • Business management systems
  • Workflow and process automation
  • Customer and partner portals
  • Enterprise applications
  • Legacy application modernization

AI, intelligent automation and data

Put intelligence to work where it matters.

We use AI where it removes real effort: reading documents, finding information, drafting and routing work. Every feature is evaluated against real cases, keeps people in the loop on decisions that matter, and treats your data as private by default. Plenty of problems are better solved without AI, and we will say so.

  • AI-powered business applications
  • Document processing and information extraction
  • AI-assisted search and knowledge retrieval
  • Intelligent workflow automation
  • Assistants and conversational interfaces
  • AI added to existing software
  • Data-driven operational workflows

Digital products and SaaS platforms

From first concept to a product people can depend on.

We build and run our own SaaS products, so we design for what happens after launch: onboarding, billing, permissions, support and the next release.

  • SaaS architecture and product development
  • Multi-tenant applications
  • Subscription and billing workflows
  • User and organization management
  • Payment and third-party integrations
  • Product discovery and validation
  • Ongoing product evolution

Digital experience and platform engineering

Build digital foundations that last.

Drupal has been part of our practice from the start. We use it, and API-first architectures where they fit, to build content-rich platforms that stay secure, fast and maintainable for years.

  • Drupal and enterprise CMS development
  • Custom content management experiences
  • API-first and headless architectures
  • Accessible, content-rich websites
  • Digital service portals
  • Cloud deployment and integration
  • Performance, security and maintainability
  • Modernization and ongoing support

Field note

Digital platforms for services that matter.

We’re interested in how reusable technology, open-source platforms and accessible digital experiences can help organizations deliver better services at scale. This includes exploring how shared digital foundations could support public-facing information and service delivery in Ghana, drawing lessons from approaches such as Australia’s GovCMS and USAGov, while recognizing that any such effort depends on policy, governance and the people it serves.

Not sure which of these fits your problem? That is a good first conversation.

Let’s discuss your project

Products

Not just software for clients. Products built from real problems.

We apply the same engineering mindset to our own products: understand the problem, design the system, and build software around the way people actually work.

01Legal practice managementLive

Docket360

Complex legal workflows. One organized workspace.

Docket360 is a practice management platform for Ghanaian law firms, bringing matters, procedural deadlines, court calendars, documents, billing, and practice workflows into one workspace.

  • Matter management
  • C.I. 47 deadline calculation
  • Court calendar
  • Documents and e-signatures

02Conversational commerce

TLEX

Commerce that starts in conversation. Transactions built on trust.

TLEX is a marketplace connecting phone, food, and social sellers with buyers. Its split-settlement engine coordinates milestone-driven payments, delivery updates, and buyer protection through Telegram or WhatsApp conversations.

  • Commerce in Telegram and WhatsApp
  • Seller and buyer workflows
  • Milestone-driven transactions
  • Delivery updates

Approach

From business challenge to production-ready software.

Every project moves through the same six stages. How long each one takes depends on the size, risk, complexity and maturity of what we are building.

  1. Phase: Shape

    Stage 1: Discover

Understand the business model, users, operational challenges, constraints and the outcome you need.

    Outputs

    • Requirements
    • Workflow maps
    • Stakeholder findings
    • Problem statement
  2. Stage 2: Define

Turn the findings into a product direction, functional scope, technical architecture, priorities and a delivery plan you can hold us to.

    Outputs

    • Product direction
    • Functional scope
    • Technical architecture
    • Delivery plan

A discovery engagement might stop here.

  3. Phase: Build

    Stage 3: Design

Develop user journeys, information architecture, interface concepts, prototypes and a design system suited to the product.

    Outputs

    • User journeys
    • Information architecture
    • Prototypes
    • Design system
  4. Stage 4: Engineer

Build with maintainable architecture, the right technologies, automated tests, secure implementation and disciplined version control.

    Outputs

    • Maintainable architecture
    • Automated tests
    • Secure implementation
    • Version control
  5. Stage 5: Validate and launch

Test functionality, usability, performance, accessibility and critical workflows, then prepare deployment, monitoring, documentation and launch.

    Outputs

    • Usability and performance tests
    • Accessibility checks
    • Deployment and monitoring
    • Documentation
  6. Phase: Run

    Stage 6: Evolve

Support, maintain, measure and improve the product as your requirements change.

    Outputs

    • Support and maintenance
    • Measurement
    • Continuous improvement

A mature product lives mostly here.

What we learn in Evolve becomes the next Discover. Good software is never a one-off release.

Standards

Built with intention. Engineered for the long term.

We choose technology for how long it will serve you, not for how new it is.

Application engineering
Web applications and SaaS platforms, including multi-tenant products such as Docket360.
Frontend and user experience
Responsive, accessible interfaces. Our own products use React and Next.js.
Backend systems and APIs
APIs and integrations, including payment providers and Ghana’s Mobile Money networks.
CMS and digital experience
Drupal for content-rich platforms, editorial workflows and structured content.
Databases and data architecture
Relational data models designed for integrity, including tenant isolation enforced in the database itself.
Cloud and deployment
Separate environments, repeatable deployments and release processes that make change safe.
AI integration and automation
Document processing, retrieval and assistants built into existing workflows, with human review where it counts.
Testing, observability and maintenance
Automated tests, monitoring and documentation, so the system can be run by people other than its authors.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Maintainable architecture
  • Secure development practices
  • Automated testing
  • Performance-conscious implementation
  • Accessible user experiences
  • Reliable integrations
  • Documentation and handover
  • Appropriate data protection
  • Considered use of open source

Why AudibleCode

An engineering partner that understands the bigger picture.

Business-first engineering

We start with the problem, the workflow and the outcome you need, and only then choose the technology. Docket360 began with Ghana’s court rules, not a feature list.

Product-minded execution

Software only pays off if people use it. We design for adoption, keep interfaces calm, and make choices the next developer will thank us for.

Integrated thinking

Design, engineering, APIs, automation and platform architecture are handled by one team, so the parts fit together instead of meeting for the first time at launch.

Long-term partnership

We maintain, improve and advise after launch, because we run our own products and know that launch is where the real work starts.

Engagement

Ways to work with us.

These are starting points, not packages. The right shape depends on your project and on what we can commit to doing well.

Discuss the right approach
Project-based development
A defined scope, delivered in stages, for a new application or a significant feature.
Product discovery and technical consulting
A short, focused engagement to clarify the problem, test an idea or choose an architecture before you commit to a build.
Dedicated engineering collaboration
Our engineers working alongside your team over a longer period, on your roadmap.
System modernization
Moving an ageing application or website to a maintainable foundation without losing what works.
Maintenance and product improvement
Ongoing support, security updates and steady improvement of software already in use.
