Conversational commerce

TLEX

Commerce that starts in conversation. Transactions built on trust.

TLEX is a marketplace connecting phone, food, and social sellers with buyers. Its split-settlement engine coordinates milestone-driven payments, delivery updates, and buyer protection through Telegram or WhatsApp conversations.

The problem

A great deal of selling already happens in chats. Buyers and sellers agree a deal in a message thread, then fall back on trust alone: the buyer pays and hopes the goods arrive, or the seller ships and hopes to be paid.

What makes it different

TLEX keeps the conversation where it already happens and adds structure around it. Payments are tied to milestones, delivery progress is reported in the same chat, and settlement is split between the parties once each condition is met.

What TLEX does

  • Commerce in Telegram and WhatsApp

Buyers and sellers transact inside the messaging apps they already use.

  • Seller and buyer workflows

Separate journeys for phone, food and social sellers and for the buyers they serve.

  • Milestone-driven transactions

Each order moves through defined stages, and payment follows those stages.

  • Delivery updates

Delivery status is reported back into the conversation.

  • Split settlement

Payment orchestration that settles funds between parties according to the transaction's terms.

  • Buyer protection

Workflows that protect the buyer until the agreed conditions are met.
